Terms of Service

The service

EasyCoexistence helps you connect your existing business phone number to the WhatsApp Business Platform via Meta's Coexistence feature and monitors the health of that connection. We are a Meta Tech Provider; the underlying messaging service is provided by Meta.

Your responsibilities

• You must comply with Meta's and WhatsApp's applicable terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
• You are responsible for the number you connect and for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Messaging charges are billed by Meta directly to your own account; we do not mark them up.

Billing

EasyCoexistence may charge a flat subscription fee per connected number. Pricing and any free trial are presented before you subscribe.

Availability & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep monitoring reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for connection drops, message delivery, or actions taken by Meta on your account. Some Coexistence limitations are imposed by Meta and are outside our control.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Meta's policies.
